Shipping Information

All orders ship, on average, within 24-48 hours protectively packaged and U.S. shipments are fully insured.

U.S. Destinations.

USPS Priority Mail Service. Delivery in 1 to 4 business days. Includes USPS Tracking®. Ship to any U.S. address, PO Box, and many APO/FPO/DPO destinations.

USPS Priority Mail Express Service. Delivery in 1 to 2 business days any day of the year, including Sundays and holidays. Includes USPS Tracking®. Ship to any U.S. address, PO Box, and many APO/FPO/DPO destinations. Includes $200 in insurance and delivery tracking for free.

USPS First Class Package Service. Delivery in 3–7 business days. Ship to any U.S. address, PO Box, and many APO/FPO/DPO destinations.

International Destinations 

USPS Priority Mail International Service. Delivery in 6 to 10 business days. Includes USPS Tracking®. Includes up to $200 insurance for merchandise for loss or damage. Elaines Fragrances is not responsible for loss or damage. Customer is required to initiate claim with carrier.

USPS First Class Package International Service. Delivery in 7–21 business days. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. May travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. Includes USPS Tracking®. Includes up to $200 insurance for merchandise for loss or damage. Elaines Fragrances is not responsible for loss or damage. Customer is required to initiate claim with carrier.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Rates

Shipping charges will vary depending upon destination and the number of items in your order. Shipping costs are shown and calculated prior to checkout. Add items to your shopping cart and click the Checkout link. The Shipping Rates Calculator is located at the bottom of the Cart page. Use it to estimate shipping costs and to determine destinations we ship to.

Beware of online stores offering "Free Shipping". Although everybody loves Free Shipping, the truth is that more often than not shipping costs are hidden with product prices; some retailers offer free shipping on old, returned or used merchandise purchased at wholesale liquidation sites; many will not purchase shipping insurance and will hold you accountable if the product is damaged in transit and will withhold refunds; those that sell counterfeits can afford offering free shipping.

Tracking

Shipment tracking links are sent immediately after the carrier picks up the order for delivery. Delivery status can be obtained from either the Order Detail page of your Elaines Fragrances account or links in the shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for initial online tracking information to become available.

Tax

State and municipal sales taxes are charged on orders delivered to Washington State. Please note that actual tax is computed when placing your order and may vary depending upon the destination. 

Handling

If your order requires special handling including but not limited to special packaging, labeling, or bar-coding, submit request to elaine@elainesfragrances.com for approval prior to placing the order. Customers requesting special handling of orders are subject to handling fees, which are determined based on need and ordering history.

Over or Short Shipment

If item(s) on the packing slip are not received please notify Elaines Fragrances at elaine@elainesfragrances.com within 3 business days of the delivery date. Once Elaines Fragrances has completed an inventory audit count and verified a short shipment has occurred, shorted products will be shipped at Elaines Fragrances expense. If a drop ship order has been over-shipped, Elaines Fragrances will provide customers with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Lost Shipment

If you do not receive your order, even though the carrier tracking data signals delivery, notify Elaines Fragrances at elaine@elainesfragrances.com within 3 days after the stated delivery date. Elaines Fragrances will initiate a trace and/or claim with the carrier, which can take 60 to 120 days for the carrier to complete. We will notify you via email of the carrier findings.

Non-refundable Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable for unclaimed or undelivered deliveries. If a shipment is undelivered due to an Elaines Fragrances addressing error, a full refund will be issued including shipping charges.

Shipment Corrections

If a request is made to change the address of an order after it has already shipped, Elaines Fragrances will forward the request to the shipping carrier. All fees imposed by the shipping carrier for address corrections and/or changes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note, requests for address corrections are not guaranteed.
